| I see myself as a printmaker first. My craft was perfected in the darkroom by trial and error. These experiences has led me to a world of endless possibilities in printing on metal, canvas and a varity of fine art materials. Most of my images are photographed wth a 4x5 view camera. By embracing digital technology images are captured with a Betterlight 4x5 Super 8k digital back replacing film. The Napa Valley photographs well and I am lucky enough to live where the environment seldom disappoints with unlimited photographic opportunities. My wife Terri and I make our home in Napa, California with our black labrador, Buck. Other than photography I enjoy golfing, skiing and marketing for his wifes custom made-to-order western boot business. |
